His history with the Académie Musicale de Villecroze, of which he is a laureate, spans a decade and led him to play for cellist Yo Yo Ma at the beginning of his career. A meticulous and demanding musician, Vincent has participated in the Aix Festival Academy. He is a laureate of the Belfius Foundation First Prize and is supported in his projects by the Meyer Foundation, the Tokyo Foundation, the Nguyen Thien Dao Fund, Adami and ProQuartet. In 2023, Vincent founded Le Printans, an ensemble for contemporary and early music, featuring unusual instruments and exceptional young artists. He plays a unique accordion with a twelfth register and a mute for the left hand, which he had made in Italy by the Bugari Armando factory and luthier Philippe Imbert. In demand by the Ensemble Intercontemporain and the Radio France Philharmonic Orchestra as well as chamber ensembles such as the Elmire Quartet, Vincent has performed on stages across Europe, from the Philharmonie du Luxembourg to the Villa Medici. In France, he has performed at the Philharmonie de Paris, the Auditorium de la Maison de la Radio, the Archives Nationales, the Abbaye de Royaumont and Les Invalides. A highlight of last season was his solo performance at the Cité de la Musique, which was unanimously acclaimed. Vincent is committed to promoting and expanding the contemporary repertoire for his instrument. He has worked closely with composers such as George Benjamin and Gérard Pesson to invent the sounds and music of tomorrow. His collaboration with Bastien David is particularly eloquent in this regard, as it has resulted in a dozen works ranging from solo to ensemble pieces. Their work will culminate in Nuées d'encre, an album to be released in the spring on the Initiale label.
